Our mission is to welcome, promote, foster and encourage children from 
all backgrounds regardless of ethnicity, gender or capability to participate
 and enjoy the sport of Rugby League in a safe, enjoyable and educational 
environment.

 Our vision is to promote and develop the game of Rugby League within the 
community of Chipping Norton so as to encourage optimum participation and 
enjoyment at every level.  We strive to deliver a high quality service and provide 
support structures for players, parents, coaches and volunteers by a vibrant and 
highly motivated committee.

 FAIR PLAY is grounded in the principles of integrity, fairness and respect.  It is an 
attitude, a way of thinking.  It can be taught and it can be learned.  Uphold the 
values and sportsmanship, fairness and teamwork both on and off the field and 
respect the rights, dignity and worth of team mates and opposition alike.
 

 INSPIRATION to motivate and encourage team mates and all members of the 
Club through a positive attitude on and off the field.

 MATESHIP to create an environment that engenders the spirit of mateship and
 camaraderie amongst players, parents, coaches, managers, volunteers and
 supporters.  To work together as a team, play and serve to the best of our ability and
 strive to enhance the presence of Chipping Norton Junior Rugby League Club in our local community.
